Miss Elsie Leung and Mr. Derek Lai both are China-Appointed Attesting Officers appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) in 1986 and 2019 respectively and as such, are authorized to provide attestation services on corporate and personal legal documents in Hong Kong for use in Government bureaux & departments, banks and courts in Mainland China, such documents include, but not limited to:

5. Notarisation Service by Hong Kong Notary Public

Mr. Gordon Chu, Miss Elise Leung and Mr. Anthony Poon, are Notaries Public duly authorised and qualified to practise in Hong Kong, provide our clients with notarial services (including arrangement of apostille and/or legalization by foreign consulate offices) generally in connection with matters concerned with estates, deeds and power of attorney in relation to client’s foreign and international business/affairs.  These services include, but are not limited to, administering oaths and affirmations, taking affidavits and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents, taking acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, and performing certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction.
